Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FindMyExpert24, [insert address], email: info@findmyexpert24.de, phone: [insert phone]) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the "Withdraw Contract" function on our website.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for such reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
Special Notes for Services
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services if the trader has fully provided the service and only began performing the service after the consumer gave their express consent and simultaneously confirmed their awareness that they would lose their right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed by the trader.
